Maria Cristina Forero Perez

Your Psychologist in La Garriga

Hello! I am María Cristina. I was born in Bogotá and since 2017 I have been living in La Garriga, dedicated to the practice of Psychology.

As a psychologist, my passion is helping people reach their full emotional potential and overall well-being. I have a degree in Psychology from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá and in Family Constellations at the Institut Gestalt in Barcelona.

Since then, she has dedicated herself to offering psychological support to help people who come to her office to improve their quality of life. From my point of view, psychological therapy is a tool for self-knowledge and help in difficult and crisis situations, as well as a path to reconciliation with one's own family history.

Outside of the practice, I enjoy nature and an active lifestyle, which allows me to connect even more with the needs of my patients.

Benefits of Psychology

Who needs a Psychologist?

Do you think that only people who feel sad or anxious need a therapist?

Think again! Emotional therapy goes far beyond symptom relief.

Just as poor posture can create tension in the body, negative thoughts and repressed emotions can create blockages in our minds. A therapist can help you identify and release these tensions, allowing you to live a fuller, more satisfying life.

Emotional therapy is not just for those in crisis. It is an investment in your emotional well-being, a tool to enhance your strengths and achieve your goals.
